Filtration and air cleaning

There are two main types of filtration and air cleaning:

• Particulate filtration: This type of filtration removes particles from the air.
• Gas-phase air cleaning: This type of air cleaning removes gases and odors from the air.

There are a variety of different technologies that can be used for particulate filtration and gas-phase air cleaning. The most appropriate technology for a given application will depend on the types of contaminants that need to be removed and the size of the space.
